The traditional farmer's breakfast of the Swabian Alb - interpreted in a modern way as a hearty lunch or sweet treat.

Due to the processing of the whole grain, Musmehl is a wholemeal product. The focus is on its typical roasted aroma, which provides for its very own, unmistakable taste. Not to be neglected is the nutritional-physiological value (fibre/micronutrient content) and the excellent digestibility.

Organic spelt mush flour is ideal for preparing both sweet and savoury dishes. The possibilities for use are manifold. It can be used as a traditional porridge or modern porridge variant, or as an ingredient in cake mixes. The use of nut flour as a substitute for nuts in pastries is particularly interesting, as it tastes deliciously nutty.
