The spelt cream soup is a very speciality from our house.
It is made with carefully selected herbs and is an easily digestible and very well tolerated soup.
It is an excellent food for the stomach and intestines. Because it is so easy, quick, simple and versatile to use, spelt cream soup will quickly become your kitchen favourite.
Vegetables and sauces get a great taste when they are thickened with the spelt cream soup. Variated with some vegetables, you can quickly conjure up a cream of asparagus soup, for example.

Thread soup noodles (Bio)
The organic spelt noodles are produced without egg. However, traces of egg may be present due to the production process. Just like all our spelt products, the Ostermühle spelt noodles are also made from 100 % spelt. The noodles are very tender and delicate in taste, particularly easy to tolerate and digestible.
